Update 2011
This team now has receivables at next to nothing - and, according to Jesse Hawthorne, probably will never see it so high again. "I'm so proud of our team," says Jesse. "What you taught us is a process we now use on innovation projects acrosss the facilty. Thanks, Dave and Dale Carnegie Business Group." This project put almost 2 million on the bottom-line."

This team has produced 4 months of expanding improvements on this initiative. They are well on the way to achieving the targeted results.
Jesse Hawthorne is the General Manager of an Ontario Jeld-Wen plant. Jesse and his team participate in various Dale Carnegie Processes and operate as a genuine team. Jesse tells us, from a general manager’s perspective, how Dale Carnegie supports his team’s effort and the results being achieved so far with the target in sight..
UPDATE: Month Five
Still on track increasing collection of past due accounts. Closing in on the targeted dollar amount! Now working on a breakthrough - adjusting business processes to ensure receivables do not escalate in the future.
